How to use USSD *120*1109# on eZaga
First time login using our USSD *120*1109#
1. Dial *120*1109#
2. Insert your temporary password 12345 which you received via SMS.
3. Create your own username and password.
You will then be logged into your account via our USSD.

Step 1: Dial *120*1109#
Step 2: Enter your account password
Step 3: Option 8 (Card)
Step 4: Option 3 (Reset Pin)
Step 5: Enter current PIN from SMS
Step 6: Now reset your own ATM PIN

How to withdraw money using card-less withdrawal with USSD *120*1109#
Step 1 Dail our USSD code *120*1109#
Step 2 Insert your password.
Step 3 Select option 2 which is ”Withdraw zaga”
Step 4 Enter the amount you would like to send.
Step 5 Click on ”Process” and enter the OTP which you will receive vis SMS.
Please await 1hour to receive your Nedbank ewallet voucher number.
(If you have not received your voucher after 1 hour, Kindly dial *120*001#, Select ”Skip”, Then select option 4 which is ” Get cash voucher”)
Withdraw your money at any Nedbank ATM or Pick n Pay, Shoprite, Checkers, Boxer, OTT Merchant and Usave stores.
Kindly take note of the Nedbank iMali (ewallet) time schedule:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 6pm
Saturday – 8am to 12pm
Sundays – iMali are unavailable on Sundays
Public Holidays – iMali are unavailable on Public Holidays

Can friends and family make deposits to my NSFAS Mastercard account?
Response: Yes, the NSFAS Mastercard is a bank account, and you can receive an EFT from any bank in South Africa.
How do I EFT from my eZaga NSFAS account?
Response: EFTs can be processed using both the eZAGA online portal and the Mobile APP.
Step 1: Login to the eZaga App
Step 2: On the home screen tap on “Pay Recipient”
Step 3: Under “Select beneficiary” tap on the magnifying icon
Step 4: Tap on “Send to New Beneficiary” icon on the right
Step 5: Add the beneficiary details and tap on “Add” to save
Step 6: Under “Select beneficiary” tap on the magnifying icon choose your beneficiary and amount

Is there a limit to the amount which I can EFT?
Response: There is no limit, however you will need to adjust your limits on your banking app.
What are the EFT cut-off times to transfer my money to another bank
EFTS Take 1-2 days to reflect in your beneficiary account.
Cut off times are:
Mon - Friday: 14:00 PM
Sat: 10:00 AM
Sun Payments will be paid on Monday file.
***Kindly note payments to a different bank can take up to 2 WORKING DAYS before the funds reflects into the bank which you are doing a transfer to***
How to use the eZaga APP
First time login using the eZaga App
Step 1: Enter your account number OR cell number with the temporary password “12345” then tap on “Login”
Step 2: An OTP will be sent to your cell number
Step 3: Enter the OTP received
Step 4: Set your new username and password of your choice

NSFAS Funding
I have applied for a NSFAS bursary but have not received any confirmation, what should I do?
Response: Contact the College/University you registered at.
When can I expect my NSFAS monthly allowances to be deposited into my account?
Response: NSFAS anticipates that monthly payments will be processed by the 25th of each month. Beneficiaries will be notified via mobile phone when funds are deposited into their accounts.

Response 1: Account Holder must login on the app, click on cards and select ACTIVATE. Enter the card pin received on SMS. Mastercard will then be activated and ready to use
